In Botanica Automotive we offer the pick up of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, vans, etc..) that are in the municipal deposits of Barcelona city and surroundings.

The collection service of cars that are in municipal deposits are made ​​with our own tow trucks and qualified personnel of our company.

The service usually targets the scrapping of vehicles in our treatment facilities authorized waste in Hospitalet de Llobregat, although we also transport the car where the client tell us.

Required documentation to remove a car from deposit

To remove a car from the deposit of vehicles by our staff from Botanica Automotive, the following documentation is required:

Private Car: Car owned by an individual.

If the removal of the vehicle is done by our staff, the following documentation is required:

• Photocopy of identity card, driving license, passport or residence of the vehicle owner.
• Specific authorization signed by the original owner of the vehicle. (contact us for detail to include).
• Vehicle documentation. (Technical details and registration certificate)

Another option available is the pickup service of the vehicle in the deposit along with the owner of the car in our pickup truck.

In this case only the following documentation is required:

• Original identity card, driving license, passport or residence of the vehicle owner.

Business Car:

If the car is owned by a company, the following documents will be required if the removal is made by Botanica Automotive:

• Photocopy of identity card, driving license, passport or residence of the authorized driver.
• Copy of the papers of the vehicle owner.
• Express authorization to another person with the company stamp included. (contact us for detail).
• Vehicle documentation. (Technical details and registration certificate)

Car rental or car leasing:

For car rental or car leasing the following documentation is required to remove the vehicle:

• Express authorization to another person from the contract holder. (contact us for detail).
• Photocopy of identity card, driving license, passport or residence of the Contract Holder.
• Original contract of the car rental.
• Vehicle documentation.
